COURSE DESCRIPTION
This two-day course is aimed at aspiring contract managers or those responsible for managing supplier/vendor contracts wanting to gain an understanding of the best practice in contract management principles and work practices with a government context.

This course will review the lifecycle of a typical contract from the outcomes of a tendering process through to contract finalisation, including contract variations and contract performance. You will gain an understanding of contract risks, the importance of stakeholder engagement, and how disagreements with suppliers/vendors can be resolved.
