PROGRAM OUTLINE
Blended Learning (also known as hybrid learning) is a teaching method that integrates technology-based online learning with traditional instructor-led face-to-face classroom activities and practical tasks.

FACE-TO-FACE TRAINING
The course is delivered over two days.
To ensure the quality of the training, the number of participants in each course is limited to 8.

Venue: 44a Gindurra Rd, Somersby, 2250.

ONLINE LEARNING
Online learning can be completed in the course where students research, prepare and submit their assessments via the Learning Management System (LMS). Students will research, develop procedures, and employ templates with the available resources based on genuine work performances for evaluation purposes. Students will complete interactive online quizzes corresponding to the covered subjects. To research the answers, students can refer to the course training materials, notes & other relevant references.

PRACTICAL TASKS
Students' practical tasks require them to develop various documents, service reports, and testing outcomes found in the industry. Tasks will be completed during the course, but some tasks may need to be completed on-site.
Students must have access to equipment at their workplace, or additional assessment time at the facility, can be scheduled. The training is structured logically to enable a step-by-step learning process. The activities are presented clearly, and are directly linked to the course and industry information, allowing assessors to ascertain that students can competently apply their knowledge and skills.
The course duration is flexible, with students having up to 6 months to complete workplace tasks, if all are not completed during class.

To assist students in their learning journey, Axiom Compliance Learning offers the expertise of highly skilled and motivated trainers and assessors with current industry experience. These professionals create an interactive, engaging, and supportive learning environment to facilitate learning.
Additionally, the student management team is readily available to assist with any questions and offer support with online coursework, ensuring that students receive the necessary guidance to succeed in their studies.

TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT
The training and assessment rules for nationally recognised units/qualifications are available on training.gov.au.
All registered training organisations develop their own training and assessment materials, which must meet these rules.
When sourcing a training provider, it is always prudent to investigate whether the provider adheres to training package rules and the standards for RTO.s 2015.
Be aware that non-compliance may result in your qualification/certificate being cancelled, particularly where providers take shortcuts with assessment tasks.
