Terms and Conditions for AWTM/WTM Refresher Promotion

1. Eligibility
- The promotion is open to individuals enrolling in the AWTM/WTM refresher courses between January 1, 2024, and March 31, 2024.
- Participants must meet all prerequisites and provide required documentation 4 (four) business days prior to the course start date.
- Enrolment and Payment
- Enrolment and payment must be completed through our official website.
- The promotional rate applies only to courses booked and paid for during the promotional period.
- Referral Discount
- A referral discount of $40 will be applied when the referred individual enrols and completes payment for their course.
- The discount code can be obtained by calling our office on 1300 019 304 and providing the full name of the referred individual.
- Only 1 (one) referral is permitted for the discount.
- The referral discount only applies during the promotional period stated above.
- Both the referrer and the referred individual must enrol within the promotional period to qualify.

2. Same-Day Accreditation
- Accreditation cards will be issued on the same day only if:
- All assessments are successfully completed.
- All prerequisite documents are submitted 4 (four) business days and verified before the course date.

3. Refunds and Cancellations
- Standard cancellation and refund policies apply.
- The promotional discount is non-transferable.

4. Promotion Changes
- The company reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Additional Terms
- Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

- You have read and understand all information about this course, as outlined on the course information page.
- Prior to enrolling in this course, you must have a Unique Student Identifier.
- Ensure that you enter your name as it appears on your ID documents.
- Ensure when completing the form, that the email address and mobile number are for the student who will be attending training.
- Bookings can only be fully confirmed after full payment or purchase order has been received.
- Upon acceptance of your enrolment, you will receive a booking confirmation email with all the details for your chosen course.
