CONGRATULATIONS! Your contract has been APPROVED and you will be enrolling into qualification - SIT40422 Certificate IV in Hospitality via a Traineeship pathway through RTO . SKILLS STRATEGIES INTERNATIONAL P/L (SSI)
To assist with finalising your enrolment process and generate your Training Contract (TC) for signatures, we would like to request that you complete your online Registration form, as per below.
Before you commence, please ensure that you have the following E-documents ready for upload;
1.Copy of Current Photo ID (Australian Driver.s license; Passport; Proof of Age)
2.USI (Unique Student Identifier) and it matches EXACTLY with your Proof of Identity
3.Copy of Medicare card
4.Copy of Concession card (such as Centrelink or government issued cardholder, if applicable)
5.Copy of current CV/resume (to assist with our course delivery plan)
6.Copy of Qualification/s and/or Statement of Attainments . relevant and similar to your chosen qualification

COURSE FEES
This course is currently funded for WA residents, as part of the Jobs and Skills WA - Lower Fees, Local Skills initiative.
Fees are capped and is dependent on the below criteria;
. Under 24 years of age - Fees are capped per calendar year @ $400.00
. Over 25 years of age - Fees are capped per calendar year @ $1,200.00
. Concession rates - calculated at $0.48 per nominal hour
. Non-concessional rates - calculated at $1.62 per nominal hour
Plus $30.00 Learning resource fees, per Unit of Competency (UoC) . this qualification consists of 15 UoCs
UoC selections will be Automatically COMPLETED from your employer, unless otherwise stated.

Our SSI handbook, along with other available documentations, will provide and outline your Training obligations and training commitments. This is to ensure you are FULLY aware of our expectations before any commitments is made

Why we collect your personal information


As a registered training organisation (RTO), we collect your personal information so we can process and manage your enrolment in a vocational education and training (VET) course with us.

How we use your personal information


We use your personal information to enable us to deliver VET courses to you, and otherwise, as needed, to comply with our obligations as an RTO.

How we disclose your personal information


Skills Strategies International are required by law (under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (Cth) (NVETR Act)) to disclose the personal information we collect about you to the National VET Data Collection kept by the National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NCVER). The NCVER is responsible for collecting, managing, analysing and communicating research and statistics about the Australian VET sector.

We are also authorised by law (under the NVETR Act) to disclose your personal information to the relevant state or territory training authority.

How the NCVER and other bodies handle your personal information


NCVER will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the NVETR Act. Your personal information may be used and disclosed by NCVER for purposes that include populating authenticated VET transcripts; administration of VET; facilitation of statistics and research relating to education, including surveys and data linkage; and understanding the VET market. NCVER is authorised to disclose information to the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR), Commonwealth authorities, state and territory authorities (other than registered training organisations) that deal with matters relating to VET and VET regulators for the purposes of those bodies, including to enable:

  • administration of VET, including program administration, regulation, monitoring and evaluation
  • facilitation of statistics and research relating to education, including surveys and data linkage
  • understanding how the VET market operates, for policy, workforce planning and consumer information.

NCVER may also disclose personal information to persons engaged by NCVER to conduct research on NCVER’s behalf.

NCVER does not intend to disclose your personal information to any overseas recipients.
