The IQT-X course is a refresher for all current instructors with a focus on adult education techniques for the workforce in the wind industry. It impacts the quality, safety and tasks performed by them and hence it is vital that GWO training Instructors are familiar with the GWO ethos, taxonomy and expectations.
The IQT-X programme ensures GWO Instructors are maintaining their skills and currency in adut education principles and the GWO requirements. Instructors are required to demonstratea multitude of skills and disciplines and through this training and emphasis is placed on the quality of the training participated in to qualify.
This is a valuable programme for any Trainer/Assessor looking to maintain their skills, refresh their knowledge and application of adult learning principles and instructional design. This programme will contribute to Traners required annual Professional Development
