The IQT course is a foundation for all instructors and ultimately the foundation for the entire workforce in the wind industry. It impacts the quality, safety and tasks performed by them and hence it is vital that GWO training Instructors are familiar with the GWO ethos, taxonomy and expectations.
The IQT programme sets the standard for GWO Instructors. Those Instructors are required to learn and execute a multitude of skills and disciplines and through this training a greater emphasis is placed on the quality of the training participated in to qualify to become instructors.
