You are enrolling in WTM Course and the unit of competency
RIIRIS402E Carry out the risk management process

Main Roads WA Prerequisites:

Hold a current MRWA Basic Worksite Traffic Management permit [RIIWHS302D Implement traffic management plan]*
Documentary evidence of at least 1 year.s practical experience in traffic management; or documentary evidence of at least 2 years practical experience in road construction or maintenance. Click here for a template upload letter.
White Card or valid Blue Card.
The documentary evidence of experience must include the following:
A completed signed SWMS used on a worksite by the applicant*
Minimum 1 of the following: work docket, daily diary or pre-start documentation
Details of a minimum of 3 worksites with details of supervisor with contact details to be verified
If you do not hold the above listed course prerequisites, please enrol in our Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) and/or the Whitecard course.

*Exemption from holding a current BWTM accreditation may be offered for employees working in Main Roads, Local Governments or other approving bodies with at least 3 years. experience in traffic management, road safety, road construction/maintenance or road design that will be endorsing TMPs. Additionally, they must have previously held BWTM accreditation.

This website provides for two methods of registration:

COMPANY ENROLMENTS:

Select the "Group Enrolment" Button below to register and insert the information as required for each participant/s. The company will be invoiced following registration. If paying with a Purchase Order, please include at time of registration.

Should you wish to pay immediately via PayPal/credit card for an individual enrolment please use the standard enrolment (not group). NOTE: to ensure the person who registers the participant receives notification insert an email address to receive enrolment notification.

To claim the CTF subsidy please use the field "Purchase Order" and insert the word "CTF". NOTE: you can also enter a PO number.

INDIVIDUAL ENROLMENT:

Select the individual course and date. Accept the terms and conditions declaration at the bottom of the page and enter the student details together with PayPal/card details for payment to book your place.

CONSTRUCTION TRAINING FUND (CTF)

If the company you are working for contributes to the CTF and you ARE an eligible employee please follow the steps below:

To apply the CTF subsidy, please select "Yes" in the CTF Eligible box and insert "CTF" in the Discount Code box.


Alternatively, please pay the full fees and lodge a claim via the CTF direct.

Should your claim through Kelyn Training Services be denied by the CTF or you are ineligible, you will be required to pay full fees. Alternatively, please pay the full fees and lodge a claim via the CTF direct.

NOTE: bookings are accepted on a first in, first served basis and can only be fully confirmed after full payment or purchase order has been received. Upon enrolment acceptance, all enrolments will be confirmed via a Training Confirmation email 1 week prior to your course.

Why we collect your personal information


As a registered training organisation (RTO), we collect your personal information so we can process and manage your enrolment in a vocational education and training (VET) course with us.

How we use your personal information


We use your personal information to enable us to deliver VET courses to you, and otherwise, as needed, to comply with our obligations as an RTO.

How we disclose your personal information


Kelyn Training Services are required by law (under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (Cth) (NVETR Act)) to disclose the personal information we collect about you to the National VET Data Collection kept by the National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NCVER). The NCVER is responsible for collecting, managing, analysing and communicating research and statistics about the Australian VET sector.

We are also authorised by law (under the NVETR Act) to disclose your personal information to the relevant state or territory training authority.

How the NCVER and other bodies handle your personal information


NCVER will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the NVETR Act. Your personal information may be used and disclosed by NCVER for purposes that include populating authenticated VET transcripts; administration of VET; facilitation of statistics and research relating to education, including surveys and data linkage; and understanding the VET market. NCVER is authorised to disclose information to the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR), Commonwealth authorities, state and territory authorities (other than registered training organisations) that deal with matters relating to VET and VET regulators for the purposes of those bodies, including to enable:

  • administration of VET, including program administration, regulation, monitoring and evaluation
  • facilitation of statistics and research relating to education, including surveys and data linkage
  • understanding how the VET market operates, for policy, workforce planning and consumer information.

NCVER may also disclose personal information to persons engaged by NCVER to conduct research on NCVER’s behalf.

NCVER does not intend to disclose your personal information to any overseas recipients.
