You are about to book participants in an ALBURY ADVANCED FIRST AID ( No Online) Face to Face Only course.

Start Time: 9am to 4pm.

Once you complete your booking below, you will receive a booking confirmation email. Please check your inbox and if not there, please check your junk mail.

Hi,

This email is to confirm your booking with Smartlink Training Pty Ltd. Please arrive at least 10 minutes earlier to check-in.

Learners must also be able to do CPR on floor, including kneeling down and performing chest compressions. If this is a concern, please contact our office as soon as possible.

  1. To attend any nationally recognised training such as this course, it is an Australian Government requirement that you have a USI (unique student identification number). If you do not have one, please visit http://www.usi.gov.au to obtain one (Usually a 5-minute process). Please bring your USI number to the course as well as a pen.

 

  1. As a participant in one of our

    STANDARD DELIVERY courses, (Face to Face course only) ( No online) a copy of the course handbook/learner guide is available for your own personal use. This will be emailed to you within 48 hours of completing your booking. You can print this book as many times as you require or use your laptop to access it during your class.


Please ensure that you have familiarised yourself with the content of the book prior to coming to class.

Please either bring your printed copy of the book to your course for your referencing or bring your laptop/tablet/iPad to use to access your book during your course.

Should you require a physical printed hard copy of this book this is available to purchase for an additional $25 for First Aid and Childcare First Aid and $30 for Advanced First Aid.

If you require any support which may include but not limited to language, literacy & numeracy support, please let us know prior to attendance. If your account has not been paid, please advise of how you wish to finalise your booking amount. Options are Invoice to be paid prior to course, EFTPOS by calling or attending our Albury office between Monday and Friday 9.30am to 4.30 pm on (02) 6023 4310 (bank surcharge may apply), or Cash on the day of the course.

Please note:  As per our Fee Management and Pre enrolment Policy as part of the terms and conditions accepted at time of enrolment inclusive in your booking confirmation email, should you not attend your booking date/s or fail to advise us of non-attendance 48-hours prior or provide a medical certificate, this may result in withdrawal from your course with no refund of monies paid and you will need to re-enrol in the course and pay the full course fee again.

    EXPRESS COURSES such as Express Childcare First aid including CPR, Express First Aid including CPR or WHS (Work health and Safety course). Their online component has been sent to their email directly from the website. Please advise them to check their email or junk mail for that.

 

  1. Once completed their online course, they will need to print, or take a screen shot of the certificate and bring it with them on their training day. If they are unable to print or take a screen shot, they can simply email us at info@smartlinktraining.net.au to let us know they have completed this.

      5. For those doing

STANDARD DELIVERY (FACE TO FACE ONLY) of our courses NO ONLINE COURSE is required. Courses are: Advanced First Aid including CPR, Advanced  Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy, STANDARD Childcare First Aid including CPR, STANDARD First Aid including CPR, CPR only, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, Low Voltage Rescue, Mental Health First Aid. A personal copy of the student guide booklet will be sent to the participant individually within 48 hours of completing the booking.
