This email is to confirm your booking with Smartlink Training Pty Ltd. Please arrive at least 10 minutes earlier to check-in.
To attain your Low Voltage Rescue certification, you must have previously completed a CPR course and the certificate is still current OR have booked in your CPR course prior to/on the same day as your Low Voltage Rescue. If you have a current and valid CPR certificate, please email copy to our office ASAP and bring copy to your Low Voltage course and present copy to the trainer. Alternatively, contact Smartlink Training as soon as possible to book in your CPR training.
To attain your Low Voltage Rescue certification, you must have previously completed a (WHS Course) UEECD0007 Apply Work Health Safety regulations, codes and practices in the workplace and the certificate is still current OR have booked in your WHS course prior to/on the same day as your Low Voltage Rescue. If you have a current and valid WHS certificate, please email copy to our office ASAP and bring copy to your Low Voltage course and present copy to the trainer. Alternatively, contact Smartlink Training as soon as possible to book in your CPR training.
The handbook/learner guide is for Smartlink Training students’ use only and not to be distributed outside of the classes.
Please either bring your printed copy of the book to your course for your referencing or a laptop/ipad/tablet to use in accessing the book during your class.
Should you require a physical printed hard copy of this book this is available to purchase for an additional $25
If you require any support which may include but not limited to language, literacy & numeracy support, please let us know prior to attendance. If your account has not been paid, please advise of how you wish to finalise your booking amount. Options are Invoice to be paid prior to course, EFTPOS by calling or attending our Albury office between Monday and Friday 9.30am to 4.30 pm on (02) 6023 4310 (bank surcharge may apply), or Cash on the day of the course.

Please note: As per our Fee Management and Pre enrolment Policy as part of the terms and conditions accepted at time of enrolment inclusive in your booking confirmation email, should you not attend your booking date/s or fail to advise us of non-attendance 48-hours prior or provide a medical certificate, this may result in withdrawal from your course with no refund of monies paid and you will need to re-enrol in the course and pay the full course fee again.

STANDARD DELIVERY (FACE TO FACE ONLY) of our courses NO ONLINE COURSE is required. Courses are: Advanced First Aid including CPR, Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy, STANDARD Childcare First Aid including CPR, STANDARD First Aid including CPR, CPR only, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, Low Voltage Rescue, Mental Health First Aid. A personal copy of the student guide booklet will be sent to the participant individually within 48 hours of completing the booking.
Please ensure that your participants have familiarised themselves with the content of the book prior to coming to class. Please advise them to bring their copy of the booklet/learner guide sent to them individually to their course for their referencing. Should they require a physical printed hard copy of this book this is available to purchase for an additional $25 for First aid and Childcare First aid including CPR or $30 for Advanced First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation.
