Payment . Companies to provide one of the following prior to date of training; Purchase order, or EFTPOS on the day. Certificates will be held until one of these payment options are received. For individuals, payment must be made on the day (Cash or EFTPOS).

Cancellation Policy
Where a company or individual has booked training and a confirmation of acceptance has been received by the company or individual a cancellation and or a non-attendance of a participant/s after confirmation, will receive NO refund or course credit Notice of Cancellation of confirmed training must be provided 24 hours prior to the course commencement.
