You will need to complete this course before you apply to DMIRS for registration to work as a Real Estate Sale Representative or Property Manager in Western Australia. If you are interested in selling real estate or managing properties, this course will equip you with all the knowledge needed about the legislation, ethics and professional standards needed when appraising, listing, marketing and selling property and managing. If you are planning a career in real estate, this is course to do because if you want to one day own your own real estate agency, you will need to have completed the Certificate IV CPP41419 in Real Estate Practice before going on to complete the Diploma CPP51119 of Property (Agency Management).
