Crowd Control Ongoing training

You will need to complete ongoing training every three years as a condition to renewing your licence with the Office of Fair Trading

These modules will be constantly updated so you remain current with the latest industry standards and techniques.
When you recived your licence, you were given the expiry dates for each ongoing training unit on the licence notice. You must complete these training units again before the expiry dates.

The modules for ongoing training for crowd controllers are:

CPPSEC3101 Manage conflict and security risks through negotiation
CPPSEC3121 Control persons using empty hand techniques
HLTAID011 Provide first aid.

The cost of completing the training is $399 or $360 if you do not require First Aid
