You are about to book participants in a TLILIC0005 Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform > 11 metres (Day1:22 May, Day2: 24 May) course.

Note: Wednesday 22nd May (Day 1), Friday 24th May (Day 2)
$556 Course Fee includes WorkSafe High Risk Work Licence fee of $86 plus $20 for photo for the High Risk Work Licence (new class).
Equip-Safe send your WorkSafe application direct to WorkSafe on successful completion of your course.
EWP > 11 metres pre-requisites:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Reasonably good reading writing and numeracy ability.
For proof of identity you must provide ONE primary document or at least THREE secondary documents.
